We collect information you voluntarily submit through contact forms, agency submission forms, and the agency matchmaker—such as your name, work email, company name, and message content.

We also collect standard technical data through analytics tools, including page views, approximate location (country/region), device type, browser, and referral source. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal categories.

How we use information

We use submitted information to:

• Respond to editorial inquiries, correction requests, and vetting applications.
• Send matchmaker shortlist follow-ups when you request them.
• Operate, secure, and improve the directory.
• Understand aggregate traffic patterns through Google Analytics 4.

Legal bases (where applicable)

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (operating an editorial directory, responding to inquiries, and measuring site performance) and, where required, your consent for non-essential cookies and analytics.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. Form submissions may be stored in Google Sheets via a secured webhook for editorial workflow. Analytics data is processed by Google under Google’s privacy terms.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the site.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained as long as needed for editorial correspondence and audit records, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Analytics data retention follows Google Analytics account settings.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data you submitted by emailing our editorial team. You may opt out of analytics by using browser “Do Not Track” settings, privacy extensions, or Google’s analytics opt-out tools.

Children

This site is intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
